Every level of the home is elevator accessible, helping move groceries or people. Our full patio with in-ground pool and covered hot tub offer options for both kids and adults to enjoy! Beyond the pool, you’ll find an enclosed outside shower, ample outdoor furniture, a shed stocked with bicycles, pool and beach essentials, and ample parking for your guests!
Our bonus rooms include a game room with a shuffle board and foosball tables, free standing arcade, SmartTV and full bar/kitchenette. Also on the lower level, the media room provides a special movie theater experience for eight (TV upgrade planned for 2022)! Retreat to the 2nd floor den, a perfect place to relax as you watch TV or take in the sound views, read a book or work on a puzzle.
Additionally, our property includes membership to the oceanfront Village Beach Club with olympic size pool, diving board, food and beverage service, bathrooms and showers, tennis courts. The beach club is open Memorial Day - Labor Day. The Village at Nags Head Private Beach Access (with oceanfront showers and toilets) and 2 private sound front parks are open year round. We have 2 kayaks available at the Soundfront park to use while you are there. The Village at Nags Head community is one of the most family friendly experiences in Nags Head. When you are not at the ocean, or enjoying the house amenities, find yourself going for a walk or bike ride through the community to the sound front parks, fishing and crabbing off the docks, or launching a kayak or SUP from the sandy sound beach. Two grocery stores and the famous Duck Donuts are within walking distance to our home. And for those who love to shop, the outlets are 2 miles away.
