Semi-Oceanfront House

Destination-OBX: Semi-Oceanfront is an 8 bedroom, 6 bath, ocean view home with large, renovated entertainment spaces, exterior balconies, in-ground pool, hot tub, game room and is only steps from the beach.

Our semi-ocean front house features 8 bedrooms, 14 beds, allowing for 20 to sleep comfortably. 5 kings, 1 room with 2 twins, 1 bunk room (4 twins), and a pyramid bunk room (twin over queen, crib). There are 5 full, recently-updated bathrooms, three of which are private and attached to king bedrooms. Two are shared among the remaining bedrooms, with conjoining doors for easy access while maintaining privacy. A half bath is located off the great room/kitchen area on the top level.

Enter the first floor and you will be greeted by the recreation room completed with a pool table, foosball table, couches, a flat screen TV, and a wet bar with microwave and full size fridge with ice maker.

Exit the back door to our patio space with a six person hot tub, large pool, and ample space to spread out and soak up the sun in privacy on lounge and Adirondack chairs. 2 new 4 top table/chairs added in 2024.

Find yourself drawn outside to the multi-level decks! The top deck overlooks the ocean from the front of the house. For those seeking quiet time, the mid level front porch offers a Nags Head Hammock Swing to listen to the sounds of the ocean. Our fully furnished back decks are a great spot to greet the morning birds with a cup of coffee, watch over what’s happening in the pool, and to witness world class views of the sun setting through the trees.

Literally steps from the Hargrove Beach Access, our semi oceanfront home is the perfect place for your extended family vacation at the beach. Substantial renovations were completed for the 2021 season and this house stands out as beautiful, clean and uncluttered. With a large renovated kitchen and living space decorated with modern grey and blue accents, our home is an inviting place for your entire group to gather. Choose between ocean views and captains chairs on the covered front deck and the partially shaded rear deck overlooking park land and the in ground pool. Our great room features multiple seating options for watching tv, enjoying coffee, eating as a group and/or playing board games. Additional amenities include a game room with pool and foosball tables, hot tub, 2 large Smart TVs, basement kitchenette with full size fridge, and a shed full of beach necessities. This house checks all the boxes to be the perfect backdrop for your vacation with family and friends.

Stepping up to the top floor, you’ll find our newly renovated great room and kitchen area. The kitchen now features solid surface grey/white countertops and is large and well equipped for you to prepare, serve and enjoy food and drinks. A new KitchenAid refrigerator with ice maker, filtered water dispenser, and new dishwasher will make food prep and cleanup a breeze. Our cabinets are stocked with all the necessities for eating in as a group including a blender, keurig, mixer, crockpot and tons of pots and pans. There is even a gas grill on the top deck.

Two large sectionals in the living area surround a 65” LG Smart TV. A separate sitting area for coffee and puzzles faces east overlooking the ocean view. The space is completed by two large custom designed dining tables, with seating for 18, and sliding doors with access to the rear balcony overlooking the pool. Enjoy the captains chairs on the front deck while watching the ocean.
