Booking through our website allows us to offer you the best rate available!

Important Details

  • Check-in is at 4PM. We ask everyone departs the house for check-out by 10AM.

  • There is a $500 refundable security deposit that covers any damages up to $500.

  • We only allow hypoallergenic, non-shedding dogs, to keep the house safe for guests with pet allergies. If you would like to bring dogs along for your travel, please contact us directly with the description on your dog for approval.

  • We have a team of people employed who work very hard to keep our house, pool, yard and equipment clean and in tip top shape. We ask our guests to remember that this is our home and to please enjoy it like it was your home while you are there! Sometimes things happen when we least expect them and our team is only a text/call away if any questions or needs arrive during your stay.

  • The beds are made with fresh linens when you arrive and bath/hand towels are provided. Please plan to bring your own beach towels for pool/beach/hot tub.

  • Pool and Hot Tub are open from May - mid October.

Payment Info

  • We require 50% of your total as a down payment upon booking. Your reservation will not be confirmed until we receive your payments, either by check or Venmo.

  • 45 days before your stay, the remaining balance is due.

  • Reservation payments are non-refundable.

  • Your $500 security deposit will be refunded within a week after your stay, given there are no issues with the house after your departure.

  • There will be a $150 pet fee per dog (max of 2).
